1. Services
Devajyotish provides 1-on-1 video call sessions with a Jyotish who offers guidance based on astrology and your personal questions. Sessions may include insights about your past, present, or future and are intended for spiritual and self-reflective purposes only.
2. Disclaimer
All information and advice given during sessions are interpretive and subjective. We make no guarantees about accuracy, outcomes, or results. How you understand or act upon the advice is solely your responsibility. Our services are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Devajyotish and its practitioners are not liable for any loss, decision, or consequence arising from your interpretation of the session.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made and paid for through our official website. Once payment is completed, your booking is confirmed. Payments are final and non-refundable. Please review these terms before purchasing.
4. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your session by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be marked as completed, and you must make a new booking to receive another session.
5. Conduct
We maintain a respectful environment for both clients and Jyotish practitioners. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate sessions without refund for any abusive, aggressive, sexual, or inappropriate behaviour. Continued misuse may result in a permanent ban from our services.
6. Refund Policy
We operate a no-refund policy. Once a session is purchased, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including dissatisfaction or disagreement with the Jyotish’s interpretations.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devajyotish and its representatives are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or advice provided during sessions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is owned by Devajyotish and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your personal information and birth details are kept confidential and used only for session purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties except when required by law.
