Bookings & Payments All sessions must be booked and paid for through our official website. Once payment is complete, your booking is confirmed. Payments are final and non-refundable. Please review all details before purchasing. 4. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Late changes or missed sessions are considered completed and will require a new booking. 5. Conduct Mutual respect is expected in all interactions. We reserve the right to refuse or end sessions without refund in cases of abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour. 6. Refunds We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, disagreement, or other reasons once a session is purchased. 7.
